Note: Residents are responsible for maintaining their own flower beds. A member's complaints, observations, or suggestions to improve the quality of Noack's work should be referred to the Board representative, Dolly Roberts (281-744-3471).  Communicating through Board representatives will ensure members' requests are implemented in a timely manner, complaints are acted upon, and any negative trends are corrected promptly. To request lawn maintenance, sprinkler repairs (when damaged by Noack), or any work NOT consistent with the Contract Scope of Work, contact Dolly Roberts.
