• Residents are responsible for maintaining their own flower beds.

• A member's complaints, observations, or suggestions to improve the quality of Noack's work should be referred to the Board representative, Michael Ehlers (281-660-6012). Communicating through Board representatives will ensure members' requests are implemented in a timely manner, complaints are acted upon, and any negative trends are corrected promptly.

• To request lawn maintenance, sprinkler repairs (when damaged by Noack), or any work NOT consistent with the Contract Scope of Work, contact Mike Ehlers.
